You have built the life
Be there to live it

Sharp, strong and present for the decades ahead. Most business owners and founders leave that part to chance. It's exactly what we work on.

What aging does without anyone's permission

Muscle goes first. Then strength. Then the balance and the joints that let you move without thinking about it. Metabolism slips, recovery slows, the markers in your blood drift, and every check-up still reads "normal." None of it announces itself. You find out the day you can't do something you always could.

More years are coming either way
Living to 90 will be the default
The real question is how you would like to live those years left

The most effective thing anyone can do against that decline is get strong and stay strong. That part is settled. But strength on its own is half the job. Your sleep, your bloodwork, your stress, your head, they either compound the training or cancel it out. That's why I start with the whole system. I find what's dragging the rest down, and rebuild it.

More years
Better years

The Center’s goal is not only to advocate for a longer life — a phenomenon that is well underway — but to identify ways to enhance the quality of those century-long lives. Healthy ageing is about protecting the strength, clarity and connection that make those years worth living, so people experience good health for more years, as well as a sense of belonging, purpose and worth at all ages and stages.

First, we establish
where you are

To know where you're going, and what the next decades can realistically look like, we first have to establish exactly where you stand today. That is the purpose of the assessment: a complete, in-person diagnostic of your current state, across your physiology, your physical capacity, and your mind.

01

Onboarding intake

A detailed clinical and lifestyle history: medical background, previous injuries, current medications and supplements, training history, sleep, stress and daily patterns. This is the context that tells us how to read everything that follows.

02

Wearable data

We pull the data you already generate (Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Apple Watch): resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep stages and activity load. It gives us your real physiology across weeks, not a single morning in a clinic.

03

Blood work

A comprehensive panel, read functionally rather than only against reference ranges: full blood count, fasting glucose, HbA1c and insulin, a complete lipid profile with its ratios, high-sensitivity CRP for inflammation, thyroid (TSH, T3, T4), testosterone and estradiol, vitamin D, B12, ferritin, and liver and kidney function. We read it for trajectory and risk, so we catch what is drifting before it becomes a diagnosis.

04

Mobility and injury screen

A structured movement assessment with a physiotherapist: joint mobility at the shoulder, hip and ankle, core stability, left-to-right asymmetries, and your injury history. This establishes what your body can safely be loaded with today.

05

Body scan

A body scan measuring fat mass, lean muscle mass and its distribution, benchmarked against your age and sex. Muscle is one of the strongest predictors of how well you age, so we measure it precisely.

06

Nutrition baseline

Your current eating patterns, meal timing, hydration and relationship with food, mapped against your bloodwork and your goals.

THE ROADMAP

How we do it

From the first application to a clear solution ahead.

01

Apply

Start with a conversation and tell me what you want the next decades to look like.

02

Onboarding intake questionnaire

Your clinical history, training background, sleep, stress, medication and daily patterns.

03

Call / meeting arrangement

We map your nutrition baseline, lifestyle and the context behind the data.

04

Mobility and injury screening

A structured movement assessment with a physiotherapist.

05

Body composition scan

Fat mass, lean muscle mass and its distribution, benchmarked against age and sex.

06

Blood work and wearable data collection

Clinical markers and real physiology gathered across weeks, read together.

07

Presentation / delivery

Your complete picture, the solution ahead and a clear roadmap for what happens next.

Together, this gives us one clear, honest picture of where you stand. It becomes the map for everything we do next.

Three ways forward

01

Want to do it with me?

We run the three layers together, in person, on a plan built around how you actually live and train.

02

Want to do it on your own?

I build the program, you execute, we check in on the cadence you choose.

03

Want to do it with someone else?

The audit is yours. Take the report and my read of it to any coach or doctor you trust.

You're going to live longer than any generation before you
What kind of body do you want to be doing it in?
